Where is the Room Escape Gran Canaria located?
We are located in El Cid Street 24 in the city of Las Palmas. Check the map from the CONTACT section below for directions.
Will I really be locked in the room??
Actually, yes. But this is only to make your experience as exciting as possible. You can exit any time you want, by pressing the "emergency button" and all the doors will open. You will also be continuosly monitored by our staff all the time to ensure your safety.
What if we get stuck in the game?
Don't worry! You will receive hints, but only when necessary.
Do I have to speak Spanish?
No! We have English and Spanish versions of the game. Just choose the version you want when BOOKING.
What is the time schedule?
You can book your experience any time between the hours of 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Can I take photos or videos in the room?
No, this could ruin the experience for other people that haven't played yet.
What do I need to get into the room?
Nothing! Just you and your mind are the only necessary things. You can use our lockers to keep your belongings save until you finish. Comfortable clothes can help you enjoy the experience more.
What is the recomended age to play?
Everybody can play! Who are we to decide at what age you can solve a puzzle? But based on our experience, over 12 years old will have no problem.
Can more than 5 people or teambuildings play?
The game is designed for up to 5 people. If you are more than 5, you can take it in turns and compete for the best time. We have some entertainment for the rest of the group that is waiting!
Where can I park?
We offer you 1 hour for free in the Olof Palme Parking, 2 minutes walk from us.
